Common questions.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Yes. We start with a free health check of your current site, fix anything urgent, then move it onto a plan. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and custom builds are all fine.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. We restore from backup and investigate the cause. Emergency restores are included in every plan.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are billed monthly via M-Pesa and you can cancel any month. Most clients stay because the site quietly keeps working.
Does this include hosting?
Hosting is separate (from KES 7,000/year) so you keep flexibility. Bundle hosting with any care plan and we manage everything in one place.
