Bring us caps, polo shirts, reflector jackets, uniforms or team kit and we brand them. Four methods, each suited to a different garment, artwork and quantity. Every job is quoted on its own specification, so pick the method that fits and send us the brief.
The most economical way to brand a large run. Ink pushed through a screen, one screen per colour, priced so the cost per piece falls as the quantity climbs.
Full colour artwork printed onto film or cut from vinyl, then heat pressed onto the garment. The method that handles reflector jackets, dark workwear, bags and short runs.
Dye that becomes part of the fabric. Nothing sits on top, so there is no weight, no cracking and no peeling. The right method for polyester jerseys, sportswear and mugs.
A logo on twenty caps and the same logo on five hundred t-shirts are completely different jobs, with different machines, set-up and material. Publishing one rate would make it wrong for almost everybody. Instead each method page explains the factors that move its price, so you can send a brief we can quote accurately and adjust it if you need to hit a budget.
1
Tell us the job
The garment, the quantity, where you want it branded and roughly what size. Send your artwork if you have it.
2
We confirm the method
We check the fabric and artwork will work, and tell you if a different method would give a better result or a better price.
3
You get a firm quote
A price for your exact specification, so there are no surprises once the job is on the machine.
Yes. Most of this work is decoration on items the customer supplies, whether that is caps for embroidery, reflector vests for heat transfer, or polo shirts for either. Send a sample or the exact product details first so we can confirm the fabric and position will work.
Which branding method should I choose?
It depends on the garment, the artwork and the quantity. Embroidery suits caps, polos and uniforms and lasts longest. Screen printing is cheapest for large runs of the same design. Heat transfer handles dark garments, reflector jackets and short runs. Sublimation is for white or light polyester such as jerseys, and for mugs. Send us the job and we will recommend one.
How much does merchandise branding cost?
There is no fixed price list, because the cost depends on the method, the artwork, the number of positions and the quantity. Each method page sets out exactly which factors move the price, so you can send a brief we can quote accurately. Contact us with your specification for a firm figure.
Do you brand reflector jackets and safety workwear?
Yes. Reflector jackets and hi-vis workwear are branded using heat transfer, because the design normally includes white and the garment is a strong colour. Sublimation cannot do this, as it has no white ink and needs a light base.
Can you supply the garments as well?
Tell us what you need and we will confirm what we can source for your order. Many customers supply their own items, and we also brand products from our shop range.
