What is VPS hosting and how is it different from shared hosting?
A VPS (virtual private server) gives you a dedicated slice of a physical server — your own CPU cores, RAM, and storage — with full root access. Unlike shared hosting, no other customer’s traffic can slow your sites down, and you can install any software you need.
How fast is the server ready after payment?
Provisioning is automatic: after your M-Pesa payment is confirmed, the server is created and your IP address plus root credentials are emailed to you — typically within minutes. Managed setup orders are completed within 24 business hours.
Do I need Linux experience?
For an unmanaged VPS, basic command-line knowledge helps. If you’d rather not touch a terminal, add the cPanel/Plesk control panel for a graphical interface, or the Managed Server Setup and we configure everything — web server, SSL, firewall, and your first site — for you.
How do the free business mailboxes work?
Every VPS plan includes up to 3 professional email mailboxes on your domain (for example info@, sales@, and accounts@) at no extra cost. They run on our managed email platform — separate from your VPS, so your email keeps working even during server maintenance — with webmail, spam protection, and phone/Outlook setup. After your server is provisioned, reply to your welcome email with the mailbox names you want and we set them up the same day.
Can you pre-install Coolify for app deployments?
Yes — tick "Pre-install Coolify" when ordering (free) and it installs automatically on first boot. Coolify is an open-source platform that turns your VPS into your own Heroku/Vercel: deploy apps straight from GitHub, run databases, and get automatic SSL certificates. Open http://your-server-ip:8000 about 10 minutes after delivery and create your admin account right away.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time — contact us and we migrate your server with minimal downtime, and you only pay the difference for the remaining period.

Servers run in European Union datacenters on AMD EPYC hardware with NVMe storage — excellent connectivity to Kenya with consistently low latency for both local and international visitors.
Why are your prices in KES per year?
Billing in Kenyan Shillings means no monthly card payments, no USD fluctuations mid-year, and one M-Pesa payment that covers everything. Annual is the best value; a 6-month option is available at a slightly higher rate if you prefer smaller payments. Renewal reminders arrive well before the date.
